Magnificent property, over 200 years old, renovated in the early 90s. It has 400m2 on a plot of 11,000m2. The property has two floors, connected by an internal staircase.
Upstairs: Master bedroom of 36m2 with a double bed of 180x200cm, air conditioning, TV, built-in wardrobes and access to a terrace with beautiful sea views. Open kitchen with oven, gas hob, dishwasher (8 plates), microwave, and dining room with views of the pool and the sea. Living corner next to the dining room. The property is furnished in a rustic style with furniture and decoration from Latin America, specifically from Bolivia, Chile and Mexico.

The villa has many corners and high walls, which is why it is only suitable for children over 10 years old who can also swim. There is no smoking inside the HOUSE! Not suitable for hypoallergenic people (there are pine, cypress and olive trees on the property). The property under the pool is closed for rent. The following remain closed for tenants: the garage, two storage rooms, pool house and a room on the first floor. All garden storage rooms are only for pool and garden maintenance, so not for TENANTS.
Please look carefully at the photos and do not hesitate to ask if you have any doubts.
Security deposit: 500 euros. Air conditioning (hot and cold air) is always charged separately and is paid on arrival.
Bed linen and towels are included once per stay. Gardeners and pool attendants come twice a week.
