The large house itself has three floors and 400 m2. It has a simple but very comfortable style, with all the comforts so that you feel at home. A large room is shared by the kitchen, the living room and the dining room. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas where you can watch satellite television or take a short nap. It has a wood stove ideal for the coldest days. Next to it, the enormous dining table that also has capacity for our 12 guests. And next to it, the kitchen, which is fully equipped, and where the amateur chef in the family will enjoy cooking. It is equipped with a gas stove and oven, wood oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker,... and a small table for kitchen helpers. Also in the house we find a separate laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first of the bedrooms is still on the ground floor. It has two single beds, a wardrobe and a fan. A bathroom with shower completes the floor. On the first floor we find the rest of the bedrooms, all with a double fan bed, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. There is also a games room with consoles, and another bathroom with a shower. If you are traveling with a baby, a crib and a high chair are at your disposal. In addition, the house is equipped with central heating for the winter season.
This beautiful house is located in a rural environment ideal for those who want to rest from the madding crowd. The town is located less than two km from the house and there we can find the basic services for an independent stay: supermarkets, small shops and restaurants, where we can mix with the local people of the town and learn about their customs. The location of the house is ideal if what you want is to get to know different parts of the island since the distances are equidistant. You can visit the northern beaches such as Alcúdia or Muro, visit the Tramuntana mountain range, discover the glamorous life in Ciutat (Palma) or enjoy the turquoise waters of the south and east of Mallorca. Het zwembad was altijd schoon, het huis was zeer schoon, er was een tafeltennistafel, het terrein was zeer groot en mooi, de bomen rond het zwembad waren perfect, want we hadden 40 graden in de schaduw, er waren genoeg ligbedden aanwezig, gewoon perfect.
