Before and after swimming we recommend using the outdoor shower. The land that belongs to the house is enormous, it has more than 20,000m2 and the plot is fenced. There are no next door neighbors so you will enjoy total privacy.
The interior of the two-story house has a cozy style, mixing a modern style with a traditional Mallorcan style. The living room with two sofas offers you a television with satellite and a CD player. The dining room and the well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob share the same space. The kitchen has - among everything essential for cooking - a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A bathroom with shower serves the ground floor.
All five bedrooms are on the first floor. Only one of them has a double bed (and en-suite bathroom with bathtub) while the rest come with two single beds. Four of the five bedrooms have a closet and two have access to a balcony. Additionally, one of the rooms with two single beds has an en-suite bathroom with shower. A cot and high chair are available on request. A bathroom with a bathtub serves the first floor. Three fans and central heating complete the equipment.
Artá is a town located very close to the coastal area of Levante, more or less 10 minutes by car from the Costa dels Pins beach. In the center there are cafes, supermarkets and everything else for a pleasant stay. On market day you can buy fresh vegetables and fruit, crafts and clothes. In Artí there is one of the most interesting archaeological sites, the Talayot de Ses Paísses, where there are remains of a people that lived more than 3000 years ago. There is also a museum with the same name. In Cala Agulla, Cala Mesquida and Cala Torta you will enjoy sun, beach and the Mediterranean. In Cala Ratjada, about 15 minutes by car, you can go dancing at night and have a few drinks. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.

We reisden als een uitgebreid gezin naar tien, waaronder twee baby's. De routebeschrijving naar het huis was erg onnauwkeurig en er was geen bewijs op de weg. We zochten bijna twee uur lang naar Google, en belden het bureau, dat op zijn beurt de eigenaar belde, maar ons geen direct contact toestond. Dat was vermoeiend en vervelend. Op een gegeven moment draaide de eigenaar zijn auto op de onverharde weg die naar het huis leidde en dus kwamen we eindelijk bij het huis. Het gebouw is prachtig en je kunt zien dat het in zijn goede tijden goed doordacht en met stijl was gepland. De ruime tuin suggereert ook dat hij ooit betere tijden beleefde. Het hele huis rook muf en klam. We waren waarschijnlijk de eerste gasten van het seizoen en tot die tijd was het nog niet uitgezonden. De muffe geur en de vochtige kou waren overal, ook in beddengoed. De eigenaar lachte eerst om ons toen we om een kachel vroegen, maar godzijdank bracht hij ons s'avonds toch voor de lounge een gaskachel, die ons de komende dagen heel behulpzaam was. De kamers waren noch schoongemaakt noch geventileerd vóór onze aankomst. In sommige badkamers was er geen Albstellfläche of haken of blinden waren kapot. De bedden zijn voor het grootste deel erg zacht en het beddengoed voor het april weer te dun, afgezien van de geur van muf. Het zwembad en het terras waren zeer goed onderhouden en schoon. Helaas konden we het vanwege het slechte weer nauwelijks gebruiken. Het WLAN lijkt in dit gebied niet goed te werken, maar de eigenaar kan er niets aan doen. Het uitzicht vanaf de terrassen en balkons was ook erg leuk!
