The house is a 16th century house that has been restored. It has 250 m2 divided into two floors that preserve incredible rustic details such as the wooden beams and the stone facade. From the outside terrace we enter the original kitchen that will transport you to times gone by with its stone sink, the original tiles and also the pantry. It also has a gas stove and a small table with chairs where you can prepare breakfast, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board. From there we enter a formal dining room that has very well-preserved rustic furniture and space for 6 people.
From the dining room we access the patio or distributor from which we can enter the other part of the house where the spacious and bright living room is. Like the rest of the house, it has incredible details and antique furniture, with comfortable sofas and armchairs in which to rest and disconnect, and it has a fireplace with which to warm up on the coldest days.
From the living room we go upstairs where you will find a small living room where you can watch television, with access to another terrace and access to the bedrooms. The first has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The second has two single beds and the third has a double bed. They all have a wardrobe and a fan for the warmer nights. The house has another bathroom with a bathtub to serve the rest of the house. The house also has central heating for the winter months. And if you travel with a baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.
The house is located in the municipality of Esporles, and is ideal for walks and excursions and visiting other beautiful nearby towns and places such as Puigpunynet, Puig de Galtazo, Establiments... It is at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains where the triangle formed by Soller, Deià and Valldemossa is a must-see. The closest beach is Palma, just 18 km away, and if you like golf, the closest is 15 km away. In the charming town you will find the basic services for an independent stay

Alles was absoluut perfect, de omgeving, het uitzicht, het gebouw, de locatie, de eigenaren,

De Finca Sobreamunt maakt indruk met zijn rustieke charme en de zeer vriendelijke eigenaren die in de tweede helft van het huis wonen, een combinatie waar je van moet houden, maar die wij tijdens ons verblijf nooit storend hebben gevonden en waar we erg van hebben genoten, mager dippen en zonnebaden (etc.) waren geen probleem op het ruime terras, Het adembenemende uitzicht en de beslotenheid van de finca met veel natuur en veel dieren waren werkelijk een belevenis, De indeling van het woon- en slaapgedeelte is genereus, Het Opgemerkt moet worden dat de keuken en eetkamer alleen te bereiken zijn via de ingang van de woonkamer en slaapkamer. Beide toiletten en badkamers bevinden zich op de bovenverdieping van het woongedeelte. Ook al is de toegang tot de finca deels onverhard was niet voor ons converteerbare probleem,

De eigenaar beheerder woonde in een ander deel van het huis, met een eigen dakterras. De terrassen begane grond buiten met diverse zitjes en een groot zwembad waren allemaal voor ons alleen. Magnifieke entourage van rotsen en beboste bergen en uitzicht met Palma en de zee in de verte.
