Then they have 3 bedrooms, with two single beds and a wardrobe, two on the 1st floor, and the third on the 2nd floor. All offer an en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and a bathtub. And the other two are with a shower. In addition, there is a toilet on the ground floor where they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Please note that, for security reasons, only the upper panels of the windows on floors 1 and 2 open, except for the one that offers access to the terrace of the bedroom on the top floor. A crib, a high chair, two fans and underfloor heating complete the equipment.
The location is privileged. They are right on the sea and you can swim at any time but, at the same time, the public beach (Platja des Port Vell) is 400 meters away. In addition, they are in one of the most welcoming coastal developments on the island, a small tourist enclave near Son Servera. And, if that were not enough, they have the Son Servera golf course just 1.7 km away. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
