Het appartement is vrij ruim voor een stel, met een rustige buurt en snelle toegang tot het strand. Parkeren is geen probleem en het heeft ook een heerlijk zonnig balkon. De keuken is goed uitgerust, de matras is comfortabel en de algehele staat van het appartement is uitstekend. Het heeft ook een gezellige zithoek, betrouwbare wifi, Google Chromecast en effectieve gordijnen om de slaapkamer te verduisteren.

Het appartement was uitstekend gelegen, licht en zeer stijlvol ingericht, relatief geluiddicht voor Mallorca, met uitzondering van de deuren van het appartement - het geluid in het trappenhuis was duidelijk hoorbaar, de ketel ging de tweede dag kapot, maar de verhuurder bracht een nieuwe dezelfde dag, geweldig! Twee airconditioners, één in de slaapkamer en één in de keuken/woonkamer, uitstekende apparaten, we hebben ze altijd uitgezet als we het appartement verlieten en weer aangezet als we terugkwamen, binnen een paar minuten was het appartement weer op een aangename temperatuur ,
