The exteriors of this fantastic urbanization in which the property is located are a true marvel, as they have a shared chlorine pool with dimensions of 19m x 11m and a depth range that goes from 1.10m to 1.75m. The little ones can play and run through the green areas of the garden while enjoying the warm weather or taking a dip in the children's pool. Please note that as this is an apartment, privacy is partial since there are neighbors nearby.
Inside, the room is distributed in a dining room equipped with AC and Smart TV, where you can relax thanks to the comfortable sofa. The kitchen is open to the living room, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. At bedtime you can use the available bedroom, which has a double bed and a fan. A bathroom with shower completes the room. They can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that they will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
