After a day enjoying your favorite water sport, this villa will allow you to comfortably collect your surf or kite equipment before relaxing and cooling off in the private pool. The saltwater pool measures 6 x 3 meters and its depth ranges from 1.55 to 3 meters. The porch next to the house is perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners. The property is fenced and there are nearby neighbors.
The single-story interior offers a simple, bright and very welcoming style. Upon entering we find the kitchen-dining room that has television, a comfortable sofa, a table for 6 people and a ceramic hob. To rest, they have two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with a fan to cool off the hottest nights. The two extra guests can occupy the double sofa bed. The only bathroom in the house is equipped with a shower. Finally, in the accommodation you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair if you travel with your baby.
The property is located just 500 meters from Los Lances beach, with fine white sand and an object of desire for lovers of the sea and water sports. In addition, it is a natural area of great ecological value where you can observe the migration of birds. About 5 km away is the town, where you will find all the services necessary for your stay, such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants. In the area, you can also enjoy the views of the Mirador del Estrecho, visit the castle of Guzmán el Bueno or travel back in time at the ruins of Baelo Claudia, in the small town of Bolonia, 20 km away.
