There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Finally, they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a cot and high chair and cot if you travel with your baby.
The townhouse is located on a quiet private street - where you can park 1 vehicle - next to the Chipiona Lighthouse and just 150 meters from the nearby Regla beach, which offers a variety of services and beach bars, and a beautiful walk along the sea until you reach the Monastery of Nuestra Señora de Regla and beyond.
