The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In the well-kept community gardens you will find a wonderful shared chlorine pool, with dimensions of 16 x 11 m and a depth range of between 0.9 and 2 m. The little ones can also have fun while splashing in the children's pool or playing in the playground. In addition, the most athletic people will be able to have a good time on the two paddle tennis courts offered by the community. Once at the property, the fantastic balcony will become the perfect space to start the day with a good breakfast while contemplating the beautiful views of the surroundings, or to enjoy unforgettable moments while eating or having a drink with your companions at the end of the day. Please note that, due to its location in a block of flats, the apartment has direct neighbors, so privacy is partial.
Located in a building with an elevator, the bright and cozy interior of the home is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living room has AC and TV, while the kitchen, for its part, has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. In the house there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board and if you wish you can go up to the roof to hang your clothes. To rest, they have a bedroom with a double bed and access to the balcony. If needed, two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower completes the house. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
This wonderful accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of Denia, a charming coastal city known for its beautiful beaches and history. Just 500 meters from the apartment is Els Molins beach, one of the most popular in the city for its beautiful and attractive natural environment thanks to its fine, golden sand and its calm, turquoise waters. Therefore, it is the perfect place for those who want to relax sunbathing, practice water sports or enjoy the pleasant sea breeze while walking the promenade that passes by this beach. In 10 minutes by car you will reach the historic center of Denia, where you can visit such emblematic places as its castle, which offers panoramic views of the sea and the city, the port and, of course, stop at one of the numerous restaurants in the area to delight in the excellent cuisine of the area, specializing in rice, seafood and fresh fish.
The pool is open all year round from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
If you wish to use the paddle tennis courts, we recommend reserving them at the goal. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There are 1 parking spaces in the garage.

Die positie is uitstekend en het mooie zandstrand is niet ver weg. De gehele faciliteit is zeer schoon en wordt regelmatig onderhouden. Het zwembad is zeer prettig en er is een kinderzwembad en een speelgebied.
