The exteriors of the property are ideal to enjoy the southern climate and you will find all the comforts you can imagine. You can cool off in the chlorine pool that has dimensions of 6mx3m and a depth range between 1.20m and 1.50m or relax sunbathing on the comfortable sun loungers. You can also enjoy the wonderful views while preparing a delicious barbecue. There is also a table with chairs ideal for extending the evenings.
Inside the one-story house you will find a large living room open to the dining room and kitchen. It is equipped with AC and Smart TV and the ceramic hob kitchen has all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. At bedtime you can choose between three bedrooms. The first bedroom has two beds, one double and one single, and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed on top. A bathroom with shower completes your stay. In the house there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. If you travel with your baby we can provide you with a crib and a high chair.
The house is surrounded by stunning mountain landscapes and green fences. For nature lovers, you can venture to the Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park, declared a Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO and offering opportunities for hiking, bird watching and enjoying the native flora and fauna. If what you prefer is to get closer to the center, you should know that it is only 7 minutes by car. Coín is a charming Andalusian town that offers an authentic and picturesque experience. Local markets are ideal for discovering fresh, native products that reflect the authenticity of local cuisine. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in La Piedra De Coin. De accommodatie was goed uitgerust en we waardeerden de aanwezigheid van een wasmachine. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, vooral met het privézwembad.

De locatie is rustig en de villa heeft alles wat u nodig heeft voor een comfortabel verblijf. De keuken was goed uitgerust en we hebben genoten van het koken van maaltijden. Het nabijgelegen stadje Coín heeft fascinerende lokale markten om te verkennen.

Het privézwembad was een hoogtepunt van ons verblijf! We hebben uren in de zon doorgebracht en 's avonds gebarbecued, De villa is goed ingericht en deed ons meteen thuisvoelen,

La Piedra De Coin is een verborgen pareltje! De villa is ruim en ideaal voor gezinnen. We vonden het privézwembad en de barbecueplek geweldig. Het was heerlijk om te ontspannen in de tuin met een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Een echte aanrader!

Zeer schone en goed uitgeruste villa. De tuin was mooi om te ontspannen, en we waardeerden de rustige omgeving. De autorit naar het strand was goed te doen, wat het tot een goede locatie maakte.
