The outdoor area enjoys great privacy and offers several corners where you can relax outdoors. The main feature of the backyard is the private chlorine pool, which is 6 meters long and 4 meters wide, while its depth varies from 1.5 meters to 2 meters. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim. The area is completed by two porches, the first with a fixed barbecue and outdoor dining area and the second as a chill out. The little ones also find their place in the area set up for games. The property is fenced and has close neighbors.
Inside, the living room has a Smart TV and leads to the dining area from where you can access the backyard. Next you will find the open kitchen, fully equipped and with a ceramic hob, which provides a comfortable space to cook your favorite dishes. The washing machine is located in the kitchen and there is also an iron and ironing board in the house, offering all the comforts of home. On the other hand, the house has two bedrooms, both with a double bed and wardrobe. There is a full bathroom with a shower for the entire accommodation. Three fans and a crib and high chair if you travel with your baby complete the equipment.
The property is located on the outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, between Barrio Nuevo and Torre del Puerco. As well as relaxing on the beautiful Playa de la Loma with its golden sand and crystal clear waters, our guests can explore the charming old town of Conil with its narrow whitewashed streets and lively squares. The local cuisine is a delight, with restaurants offering fresh seafood and traditional tapas. Activities on the nearby beaches include surfing, diving and horseback riding along the coast. You can't miss the sunset spectacle on the cliffs of Roche to live an unforgettable experience. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets.
