This admirable house, distributed over two floors, consists of two living rooms with fireplace, comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can relax watching satellite television, your favorite movies on DVD or simply take a nap. One of the rooms is especially beautiful, since the walls are made of Majorcan stone and the ceiling is made of wooden beams, which gives it a pleasant warm and rustic appearance. This beautiful house is located on the outskirts of Pollensa, within the limits of the Sierra de Tramuntana. The rural and tranquil setting offers outdoor adventure lovers a great opportunity for hiking and cycling. If you are one of those who prefer other types of sports, just 1.5 km away you have the Pollensa Golf Club. The center of the town is 3.8 km away and constitutes one of the most beautiful areas of Mallorca with endless shops with different local and artisan products, in addition to their respective local markets, held on Sunday in Pollensa and on Wednesday in Puerto de Pollensa. As for the beaches, it takes about 15 minutes to reach Cala Carbó and the beaches of Puerto de Pollensa or Cala de Sant Vicenç. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser.
