Upstairs they have two bedrooms with a wardrobe and A/C, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and space for a cot/highchair. There are two bathrooms in the house, one is outside and has a shower and the other is on the first floor and has a bathtub. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The house is located just 1.7 km from the city of Inca, where you will find a wide variety of shops, supermarkets and traditional food restaurants. Of course, you can't miss its market, held in the center every Thursday. For excursion lovers, we recommend visiting the Puig de Santa Magdalena or the Lluc Monastery. And if you want a beach, the closest is Puerto de Alcúdia, 27 km away. The access road to the house is dirt and narrow. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Het pand ligt zeer dicht bij het stadscentrum van Inca. De plaats is erg gezellig en rustig, met een uitstekende oriëntatie op het zuiden. Het Homerti-personeel is zeer bekwaam, zelfs tijdens vakanties. Het enige probleem is de elektrische stroom van het huis. maar als het opgelost is, zou het huis perfect zijn voor een stel, met of zonder gezin,
