The kitchen, in the same space and induction, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 electric radiators.
Marratxà is a town located very close to Palma. Palma is a very beautiful and very welcoming city, where you will find all kinds of local and international businesses. For shopping lovers you will be able to enjoy different shopping centers and a large multitude of stores. There is a wide variety of entertainment both at night and during the day. During the day you can walk through the beautiful central streets of the city, visit “La Seu” (Palma's most important cathedral) with magnificent views of the sea, stroll along the promenade, ride a galley or bike, visit different museums or art galleries, the “Castell de Bellver”, etc. And at night you will find different tapas bars, clubs, bars, pubs, etc. By car you can reach magnificent beaches, visit nearby towns such as Esporles, Valldemossa, among others. On the outskirts of the city there are different water parks such as Aqualand, Westernpark, and you cannot miss a visit to Palma Aquarium.

If the garbage is not removed upon departure, EUR 100 will be deducted from the deposit. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay.
