On this porch they also have a ceramic hob in case they want to cook outdoors. The plot is fenced and offers total privacy.
The house, made of stone and built in the times of the Templars, has been passed down generation after generation, becoming a special and magical place, as it is a true relic. The interior, decorated in a rustic and Mallorcan style with stone walls originating from its era, is divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining room, where the room has a comfortable sofa and two armchairs to spend pleasant moments watching TV-SAT. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and everything you need to cook to your heart's content, and is characterized by having a large fireplace in which people used to cook with fire in the past. There is also a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and wardrobe, and the other with two single beds and access to the outside. On the first floor you find another large living room, with a large sofa, and a room for study, work or reading if you need it. Finally, a bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and two other bedrooms, with a closet and A/C, complete this floor. One of them has a double bed and the other has two single beds. The equipment is completed with up to two cribs and two high chairs, 4 radiators and 3 fans. The laundry room is on the porch and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Located between mountains and fields, this magnificent villa is an ideal place for lovers of rest and nature. Algaida is quite traditional so it is ideal to get to know the authentic Mallorcan style, its customs and its people. In the square on Fridays there is a market where all kinds of crafts, fruits, fresh vegetables and much more are offered. It is quite central on the island, so many places of interest are nearby such as Randa or the Cura Sanctuary, with amazing views. As for the beach, the closest is about 20 km away but there are countless of them to visit, especially the incredible beach of Es Trenc or small coves that border the Sierra de Tramuntana. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 28 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Genoten van de plek, het zwembad, de tweepersoonskamers met airconditioning en de volledig uitgeruste buitenkeuken. De eigenaren waren buitengewoon vriendelijk.

De locatie van de accommodatie was perfect om het hele eiland te verkennen. Het huis is erg groot en de belangrijkste troef is ongetwijfeld de buitenkant, de buitenkeuken en het hele zwembad zijn fantastisch! We hielden van de authenticiteit, de rust, de ongerepte natuur rondom en de vriendelijkheid van Maria, een buitengewone gastvrouw. We komen met plezier terug!
