The orientation of the pool is ideal for sunbathing and at the same time enjoying the fresh Mediterranean breeze at dusk. In the garden, if the season allows them, they can pick some fruits from the trees, such as some loquats, oranges or lemons.
The house is renovated and distributes its charming and bright rooms over two floors. Its decoration and details, which combine a Mallorcan and modern style, give it a unique and singular touch. It has three rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a cheerful and comfortable living room with TV, and a separate dining room that gives access to a kitchen equipped with a gas stove and the essential utensils. A bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, which serves this floor. There is a separate laundry area with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the upper floor, two rooms, one with a comfortable sofa and access to a small terrace, and a second that preserves its Mallorcan character. Three bedrooms, all with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. If you are traveling with the little ones in the family, we provide you with a crib and a high chair, and two are possible upon request. To mitigate the summer heat, all bedrooms have air conditioning, and the house provides them with a fan. In case it gets too cold one night, the downstairs room has a fantastic pellet stove, as well as a radiator that is also available.
The town of Algaida is located in the Pla de Mallorca, and is characterized by its wheat fields, its tranquility and its gastronomic offer in bars and restaurants serving typical Mallorcan food. For lovers of sports, excursions or walks, in Randa you will find some trails and bicycle routes such as the route to the Cura Sanctuary with its panoramic views. The Son Gual and Puntiró golf courses are approximately 14 km away. Through the M-15 they have easy access to a great diversity of beaches and coves, such as S'Arenal beach or Cala Blava, or to the city of Palma known for its mythical cathedral. Further south, you will find the natural beaches of fine white sand of Es Trenc and Es Carbó. Mallorca comes alive on summer nights, so don't forget to go out for a drink! Ondanks het gebrek aan uitrusting voor 7 personen, was de buitenkant (eethoek, barbecue en zwembad) merkbaar. Er waren slechts 5 ligstoelen, en bovendien waren ze kapot.

Het gebouw is prachtig, traditioneel en lieflijk, en biedt alles wat nodig is. Het zwembad en de buitenruimte zijn prachtig. Het is gelegen in het charmante dorpje Algaida.

Als u op zoek bent naar een authentieke Spaanse vakantie-ervaring, dan is dit de ideale plek voor u. Als u echter op zoek bent naar een pittoreske, Instagram-waardige plek, dan voldoet dit misschien niet aan uw verwachtingen. Het mist moderne keukengerei en meubels en biedt uitzicht op de glooiende heuvels. Toch biedt het een charmante, ruime en comfortabele ruimte met een mooie buitenruimte met een zwembad en barbecue - een perfecte plek om te ontspannen. Het ligt niet in de afgelegen heuvels van Mallorca, wat ik een pluspunt vind. De villa ligt op slechts een steenworp afstand van een typisch Spaans plein met cafés, bars, ijssalons en een bakkerij. We hadden thuis vaak een barbecue en gingen dan wat drinken op het plein - het was een absoluut genot. In sommige eerdere beoordelingen werd melding gemaakt van problemen met lawaai en vochtigheid, maar tijdens ons verblijf half september hadden we daar geen last van. Bovendien is de gastheer erg attent.

We zijn al eerder in dit mooie plattelandsstadje geweest en vonden het zo leuk dat we terug zijn gegaan. Het ligt gunstig dicht bij Palma en op korte rijafstand van het strand en andere attracties. De woning is gerestaureerd met behoud van veel originele elementen. Als u op zoek bent naar een authentieke ervaring, dan is dit de plek voor u. De gastheer was attent zonder opdringerig te zijn en heeft duidelijk veel werk gestoken in de restauratie van dit vintage pand. We werden hartelijk begroet en kregen een fles lokale wijn. De eigenaar/gastheer gaf ons een korte rondleiding door de faciliteiten en liet zijn contactgegevens achter voor het geval we iets nodig hadden. Het oogsten van de citrus- en zoete fruitbomen was een absoluut genot, net als de kans om op te frissen in ons eigen kleine zwembad. Een toevluchtsoord in wat nu een bruisende stad is.

Het huis is gelegen in het centrum van het eiland, op slechts 20 minuten van de luchthaven. Het is ruim, aangenaam en charmant. De ontvangst is hartelijk en de gastheer is altijd beschikbaar. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid op ongeveer 200 meter en een supermarkt. apotheek ligt recht tegenover,

De beheerder van het pand gaf ons een warm welkom en was erg behulpzaam en charmant. Hij gaf een volledige rondleiding door het huis en gaf informatie over lokale attracties en voorzieningen. Hij bezocht het pand om de paar dagen, volgens ons schema, om het zwembad en de buitenruimtes schoon te maken, de planten water te geven en afval op te halen. Hij was een aardige, vriendelijke heer. Het huis is prachtig, vol geschiedenis en zeer authentiek. De inrichting en het meubilair passen bij een pand met deze geschiedenis. Verwacht geen hightech gadgets! De slaapkamers zijn ruim, met comfortabele en schone bedden en effectieve (en gratis) airconditioning. De douches zijn warm en er zijn er genoeg. Het pand is ook perfect gelegen in de stad, op korte loopafstand van de plaatselijke bakker, winkels en bars/restaurants.
