Inside, the living-dining room, with a fan, will make you feel at home, as it is very comfortable and becomes the perfect place to rest and watch satellite television. The light wood furniture and the beautiful paintings in this room also make the dining room a nice place to prepare delicious banquets with family or friends. Those delicious dishes that you delight in can be prepared in the kitchen, equipped with a gas hob and all the necessary utensils. Right here they have a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. One of them offers an en-suite bathroom with shower. Apart from this en-suite bathroom, there is a second bathroom with a bathtub that serves the rest of the house and, outside, there is also a toilet. If you come with a baby, we will gladly prepare a crib and a high chair for you. If you stay during cold days, the entire house offers central heating.
The Palmanyola urbanization is between the Sierra de Tramuntana and Palma de Mallorca. Thus, on the one hand they can practice hiking, cycling and excursions in the mountains, visit the picturesque towns of Sóller, Valldemossa and Deià and, on the other hand, enjoy a wide variety of culture and leisure in Palma. The island capital is famous for the La Seu cathedral, the Bellver castle, the beautiful old town, museums, art galleries and national and international restaurants. As for the beaches, we especially invite you to visit the southern beaches such as Playa de Palma, Can Pastilla or explore the small coves of the Tramuntana such as Sant Elm, Cala Estellencs and Cala DeiÃ.

De eigenaar was buitengewoon vriendelijk en bood geweldige hulp. De villa was brandschoon. Ik waardeerde de omgeving echt omdat het authentiek Spaans was.

Het huis was perfect voor ons qua locatie, grootte, kamers en de prachtige tuin met de drie terrassen. Eén daarvan had een grote buitenkeuken bij het zwembad. We hadden op elk moment van de dag een speciale plek. Alles was schoon. De huiseigenaar was erg vriendelijk. In de tuin stond een grote moerbeiboom en we konden bessen plukken voor ons muesli. De bedden waren comfortabel.
