The large living room of this quiet house has air conditioning, central heating, TV, wood stove and two comfortable sofas where everyone can sit and share good times. The dining area, open to the living room, has a beautiful wooden table to enjoy meals with family or friends. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems, including a gas stove and oven. The house also has a well-equipped separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
This house in the middle of nature has five rooms. One of the two on the ground floor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has two single beds. The separate bathroom downstairs has a shower. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, all with two single beds. Two of them have a closet. One of the rooms with two separate beds has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The separate bathroom upstairs offers a bathtub and bidet.
Artà is a very beautiful town where you will find everything you may need during your stay. In the area you will find several golf courses. It is close to a wide variety of coves and beaches. Driving about 15 minutes, you reach Cala Torta, Font Salada, or es Caló, extraordinary beaches with white sand and crystal clear waters.
