The dining room, open to this space, is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends at its sturdy table. The kitchen, independent and with a gas stove, has all the necessary appliances and utensils, as well as a pantry and a table with chairs for a quick breakfast or a snack while cooking. The laundry room has an ironing board, iron and washing machine. They have three bedrooms, with AC and wardrobe, to rest like at home, all equipped with two single beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with a bathtub that serves the entire house. If you need it, we will gladly prepare a crib and a high chair for your baby.
The property is located on the outskirts of the center of Palma, surrounded by fantastic and quiet urbanizations, and very close to the highway that connects with any point on the island. Also just 800 meters away there is a bus stop for your convenience. As for shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc., you are certainly in the perfect place since the big city puts at your disposal an infinite variety of all these services. If you are passionate about long walks, visits, culture and excursions, let yourself be carried away by the cobblestone streets of the center with its ornate patios, its legendary cafes, its churches and ancient buildings and, of course, the unique and majestic cathedral of La Seu. And for beach lovers, the closest is the small and paradisiacal cove of Illetes, which is located about 10 km from the property. Uitzonderlijke locatie. Het pand is uiterst comfortabel en de eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en aanpasbaar aan de behoeften van de gasten.

De gastheren zijn uitzonderlijk geweldig en zorgden ervoor dat we ons uiterst welkom voelden. Het is moeilijk te geloven dat er negatieve recensies over deze plek of de gevangenis zijn, want het heeft op geen enkele manier invloed op het verblijf. De gastheren waren fantastisch en de communicatie verliep vlekkeloos. Taxi's komen direct bij het pand aan en het is een snelle rit van 10 minuten naar het stadscentrum.
