The house is in the center of the small town, so there are direct neighbors.
The house, recently renovated with a surprising style and architectural quality, distributes its elegant rooms over two floors. On the ground floor they have a beautiful living room, open to the dining area and the kitchen, perfect for resting, chatting together or watching satellite television. You can also put on some music and cheer up while cooking on the induction hob. To make you feel comfortable at the table, this large room has air conditioning and a wood stove. The laundry room is independent and includes a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. There are five bedrooms in total, all with air conditioning and wardrobe. On the main floor there are three of them, which have a double bed, while upstairs are the other two, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the last one with two single beds. There are three more bathrooms with showers, one downstairs, one outside, and the third upstairs. And if you travel with your baby, a crib and a high chair are also available. In short, if you are looking for comfort and elegance, this is the perfect house.
Randa is an absolutely charming town located in the Pla de Mallorca, close to the big city of Palma de Mallorca. It is ideal for getting to know Mallorcan culture, its gastronomic offer and its privileged natural environment.
