Outside this fantastic villa you will find a salt pool, with dimensions of 8m x 4m and a depth range that goes from 1.2m to 2m, which will be ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the available sun loungers. On the terrace where the pool is located there is also a sofa area where you can relax having an aperitif with your companions. The outdoor dining area, located on the porch, will be the perfect place to extend the evenings after preparing a delicious barbecue while the little ones play in the playground. The villa is fenced and privacy is total.
Inside, the house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room, which is equipped with a TV. The kitchen is open to the dining room, it is gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it comes to sleeping, on this floor you will find one of the three bedrooms available. This bedroom has a double bed and fan. A bathroom with a bathtub completes the room. Via the stairs you will access the upper floor, where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with AC and double bed. In addition to another terrace, a bathroom with shower serves this floor. They can use the radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board that they will find in the accommodation. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
Sant Joan is an ideal destination for those seeking tranquility and contact with nature. The area has numerous hiking and cycling routes that allow you to explore the surroundings, as well as the possibility of practicing outdoor activities such as fishing or hunting. The closest beach is located in the Bay of Alcúdia and offers crystal clear waters and white sands. Near this town you will find the city of Inca, which is famous for its shoe factories and leather shops. As for gastronomy, Sant Joan has several restaurants and bars that offer typical dishes of Majorcan cuisine, such as tumbet, Mallorcan fried food or roast suckling pig, made with fresh, quality ingredients.
