We welcome you to this impressive classic 5-story building, delicately renovated to the avant-garde with majestic decoration. The upper terrace is, without a doubt, the perfect place to enjoy the best of coffee in the morning, with a relaxing read lying on the two sun loungers, or with a pleasant glass of wine while accompanied by the soft breeze and the orange color of the evening sky.
The interior rooms are distributed over three floors, between floors 1, 2 and 3. On floor 2 you will find the living room - equipped with a comfortable sofa where you can rest or watch television or a DVD movie - which shares space with the dining room and a cheerful kitchen. It is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven and all the appliances and utensils necessary to prepare your signature dishes. For your rest, there are two rooms with a closet. Located on the lower floor of the living room, one of them offers two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second is located on the upper floor than the living room and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage shower. All rooms have air conditioning. On the top floor, they have the terrace, a second and basic kitchen equipped only with a small refrigerator, sink, dishes and cutlery, and the laundry room where the washing machine, iron and ironing board are.
The location is privileged as it is located in the old town of Palma, as its beauty is unmatched and any service is accessible on foot. As soon as you step onto the street you have all kinds of bars, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, shops, bus stops, and much more. You can even get to the beach with a pleasant walk, since Palma's Paseo Marítimo Beach is only 1.3 km away. There are 6 km to the port, 8.7 km to the airport and 7.5 km to the Son Muntaner golf course. In short, you can't miss a vacation in this home! De plek was fantastisch in de oude stad, vlak bij het centrale plein. Het appartement had twee slaapkamers en badkamers, wat geweldig was voor mijn vriend en mij. Het dakterras had een prachtig uitzicht. Het inchecken verliep eenvoudig en de gastheer was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

De locatie is perfect, midden in het stadscentrum maar toch rustig. Het is prachtig, prachtig ingericht en comfortabel. Het dakterras is zeer aangenaam en aan een grote tafel kunnen 6 personen eten. Het huis heeft 4 verdiepingen. De garage op de grond verdieping is erg handig in het centrum, Het is aan te raden om een kleine auto te hebben, De ontvangst door de eigenaar was zeer hartelijk, met goed advies, Hij spreekt heel goed Frans, wat op prijs wordt gesteld!

De locatie was fantastisch, midden in het hart van de historische stad, met een eigen garage voor een middelgrote auto. De eigenaar is erg behulpzaam en geeft je overal informatie over in het pand en de omgeving. De kamers zijn uitgerust met efficiënte airconditioningunits, goede douches en een gezellige woon-/eetkamer die een hele verdieping beslaat met een unieke maar zeer functionele keuken. Het huis is echt Spaans en verdeeld over vier verdiepingen, inclusief een fantastisch dakterras in de openlucht.
