The beautiful house offers a traditional and cozy style. Upon entering we find a beautiful dining room equipped with AC and satellite TV. Next you will find the kitchen, with a ceramic hob and table for a quick breakfast. The laundry area is separate and offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The house offers a second living room also with AC and TV, where you can relax in a more informal atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, all three with a double bed and AC, and one of them also with a single bed. The last bedroom is located on the loft open to the living room and offers 2 single beds. Also one of them has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In the house there are two more bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a hot tub. Finally, a crib and a high chair are available in case you travel with your baby.
The house is located on the outskirts of Sencelles, a very charming and central town on the island, where there is a small supermarket, restaurants and bars. However, a car is necessary if you want to get around the island and visit countless beaches and coves, although the closest is Can Picafort, about 33 km away. If one day you feel like purchasing artisanal and local products, you cannot miss the weekly Sineu market, which is held on Wednesdays, or the traditional Inca market, held on Thursday mornings.
Please note that there is a mandatory extra charge for electricity consumption of 15 euros per night to be paid on site. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets up to 5.00 kg are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 6 cars.
