The exterior of the house is unbeatable: go outside to the terrace, have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in the sun in the huge garden. The porch of about 35 m2 is furnished with armchairs and a table. There is a large terrace with a table and chairs so you can celebrate your dinners and meals outdoors. The garden and surroundings of the house are perfect places for children to play. The pool is chlorine and private, measuring 5x10 meters. Around there is an area where there are four hammocks so you can sunbathe peacefully. There is also an outside shower next to the pool. There are fruit trees on the farm.
The tranquility and nature that surround the house are palpable in each room. Sit back and relax in the comfortable and bright living room, where there is a comfortable sofa. Enjoy and relax contemplating the views, reading a book or taking a good nap while your children have fun in the garden or on the terrace. The dining area, in the same space as the kitchen, has a table to enjoy meals with family or friends. The kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: mixer, microwave, toaster, juicer, ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and refrigerator with freezer. Obviously it also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. This charming house has two bedrooms. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The double bed room also has air conditioning. The two rooms are very spacious, and they also have excellent views of the countryside. There is a bathroom in the house, a large bathroom complete with a hairdryer and a comfortable bathtub.
The Binissalem area is in the center of Mallorca, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and inhabited by people from the island, so there is not too much tourism and you can discover the most authentic Mallorca. Even so, in Binissalem you will find everything you need; bank, gas station, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, bars, restaurants... You can't leave without first going to a wine tasting in any of the traditional Binissalem Designation of Origin wineries. If you come at the end of September you will find one of the most emblematic festivals in Mallorca, Sa Vermada (La Vendimia); For two weeks the entire town participates in lunches, dinners, festivals, float parades and a lot of events with wine as the central protagonist. In just 15 minutes driving you can reach Palma beach, and in just 30 minutes, you will be in Alcudia, where you can find all kinds of totally virgin coves. Alles was geweldig, het beste huis dat we in lange tijd hebben gehuurd, de locatie in een traditioneel wijnbouwdorp, sereen omdat het gescheiden maar niet geïsoleerd van de wereld is, een geweldige zwembade die je de kans biedt om het op elk moment van de dag te gebruiken, het huis is uitgerust met wat nodig is voor een excellente verblijf, geen parkeergegevens binnen het landgoed met veel ruimte en de barbecue.
