This 160 m2 ground floor house has four bedrooms; of them two with a double bed each, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. It has access to two bathrooms with showers, one of them exterior.
You feel a warm atmosphere in each room. Sit back and relax in the living room, where there is a comfortable sofa to enjoy a good read or watch satellite TV. The living room area has A/C, it has a large table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The independent kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: toaster, coffee maker, oven, ceramic hob, cutlery, kitchen utensils and refrigerator with freezer. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is enough space to park cars in an open-air parking lot in the courtyard of the house.
The exterior of the house is wonderful: go outside to the terrace, have a barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax on the terrace/garden. The terrace, of about 250 m2, is furnished with a wooden table and chairs for 6 people. There are hammocks where you can sunbathe. The chlorine pool is private and measures 8 x 3 meters.
The Inca area near the house is in the center of the island, therefore it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by people from the island, so there is not much tourism and you can discover many things about Mallorca. Even so, you will find everything you need in Inca; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. Manacor, Rafa Nadal's hometown, is quite close and has plenty of shops in the center in addition to its well-known pearl factories.
In just 35 minutes driving you can reach Ses Casetes dels Capellans and Ca'n Picafort. Spend a good day on the fine sand beach or enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset. In the area there are good restaurants, where you can eat paella, with the most impressive views of the sea. The Ca'n Picafort promenade is a very lively area that contrasts with the very quiet Playa de Muro area. The areas of Puerto de Alcúdia and Pollença are also nearby. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 4 cars.
