Het pand is zeer goed onderhouden, met een geweldig groot zwembad en zeer goede faciliteiten. Ondanks de afgelegen ligging van de Felanitx-finca, zijn LIDL, Rossmann en een winkel voor huishoudelijke artikelen slechts 6 minuten verwijderd heb alles wat je nodig hebt en was er elke dag om vragen te beantwoorden etc.
