The 96 m2 apartment located on the ground floor has three bedrooms. One room with a double bed, a second with two single beds and a third with a single bed. If you are traveling with a baby we will provide you with a crib and a high chair. There is a bathroom with a shower that serves the entire house.
In the living room you can sit on the sofa to relax watching television, read a book or simply rest. The dining room is located in the same room, you can enjoy family meals. The independent gas kitchen has all the utensils to cook delicious dishes. It has a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Miramar beach is generally very quiet and has a family atmosphere. Furthermore, the area offers very good conditions for surfing. In the surrounding area there are restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. Nearby there are more sandy beaches such as Piles, Daimús, Oliva and Gandia. The apartment is 13.5 km from the Oliva Nova golf course. Also, if you are interested in culture, you can visit the old town of Gandia and see the Doge's Palace, the Town Hall and the Collegiate Church, a church that was built over a Muslim mosque. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 30 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
