Bordering the sea, this cozy complex has wonderful communal exteriors that include a large lawn area and a chlorine pool. On the way back, the apartment's private terrace invites you to have something tasty to eat or dine.
The apartment offers a large living-dining room with television, a beautiful kitchen with a ceramic hob, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and three bedrooms with a wardrobe. Two of them have two single beds and the last one has a double bed and space to accommodate a crib and a high chair. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and a fan at your disposal.
The accommodation is located practically on the sand of Oliva Nova beach. This large urbanization offers all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarket, etc., as well as a golf course just 2.5 km away. We also recommend an excursion, for example, to the Marjal Natural Park, or a visit to the historic center of Oliva.
Pool open all year round with hours from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. However, keep in mind that the rest time from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. must be respected in terms of noise. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 2 cars.
