This beautiful apartment is part of a wonderful complex where entertainment is guaranteed. Playa de Gandia is the ideal destination for lovers of the beach and the proximity of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The beach is located only 750 meters from the apartment and the closest golf course is Gandía, about 4.9 km away.
Swimming pool open all year round from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Playground, tennis court, sauna, jacuzzi and gym available from May 15 to October 15 daily. The rest of the year available only on the weekend.
Tennis equipment available: 2 rackets and balls. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival.
