The kitchen-dining room has a gas stove and a comfortable table where you can enjoy your family meals. It also has access to the outside. Outside you will find the washing machine and there is also an iron and ironing board. A toilet completes the ground floor. On the first floor are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and the other with 2 single beds. Another bathroom with shower completes this floor. If you travel with your baby we can prepare a crib and a high chair for you.
The house is attached to the building of the adjacent property although completely independent. The wooded area is perfect for enjoying nature on excursions on foot or by bicycle. The town of Andratx is just 5 km from the property and there you can find all the necessary services for an independent stay. If you want to go to the beach, the closest is Camp de Mar, 8.7 km from the house.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, as is lighting fires or barbecues throughout the year.
The access road is narrow and it is recommended to bring a small car.
The house runs on solar energy.
