Via stairs you can access the upper floors, where the bedrooms and the rest of the bathrooms are located, as well as two large rooms that you can use as best suits you. The first floor houses 4 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Of them, one has a double bed, while the rest have two single beds each. In addition, on this floor you will find three bathrooms with showers, two of them en suite and another independent. Finally, on the second floor is the last bedroom, which has air conditioning, a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. We can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you travel with your baby.
This property is located in the upper part of ArtÃ, a charming town that has preserved its medieval air over the centuries. Thus, it is next to the town hall and offers wonderful views of the beautiful Puig de Sant Salvador. In Artà you can go shopping at the market on Tuesdays, visit the church with panoramic views of the town or enjoy a delicious dinner on the main street. The house is about 15 minutes driving from the coast where there are many dream beaches such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Agulla or Cala Torta, a natural beach with only one restaurant. In Artà there are supermarkets, banks, bars and all the necessary services for an independent stay. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 25 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation.
