It is decorated with great taste, combining rustic elements with the most modern equipment, and designed so that they can rest as they deserve. The beautiful living room has AC and satellite TV and also has a dining area overlooking the terrace. The induction kitchen has everything you need to cook in total comfort. In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. At bedtime they have 3 double bedrooms, all with AC and an en-suite bathroom with shower. One of them is located on the lower floor, while the other two are accessed through a staircase. If you travel with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.
This house is in a very quiet area of Andratx, close to many trails and cycling routes. You can explore the Sierra de Tramuntana, its charming towns such as Banyalbufar and Sóller, as well as climb the mountain of La Trapa or the Puig de So Na Vidala. In the town of Andratx you find all the services for an independent stay, a supermarket, bars, shops and a gas station. A few minutes by car takes you to Puerto de Andratx, a coastal town with a luxurious feel. The next sandy beach is 14km away, in Peguera, and you can also visit the beaches of Sant Elm, Santa Ponsa and Cala Vinyes. The Andratx golf course is just 6km from the house. De omgeving was rustig en het huis was ruim, We hadden alleen de bovenverdieping nodig, de beveiliging was goed

We waren zeer tevreden met het huis, in het bijzonder met de bovenverdieping, aangezien we de benedenverdieping niet hebben gebruikt. De bovenetage was licht, vriendelijk en ruim opgezet. De locatie was erg rustig en gemakkelijk met de auto te bereiken. Ondanks de beschrijving op Booking.com was er een exclusieve parkeerplaats op het terrein met een elektrisch hek. Het zwembad was schoon en voldeed volledig aan onze behoeften. We zouden dit object opnieuw kiezen en het aanbevelen.
