The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils necessary to cook during your stay, including an induction hob. This kitchen leads to the second fully furnished porch where we can enjoy a good breakfast outdoors. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To finish the ground floor, you will have the first bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning and closet, and a full bathroom equipped with a bathtub. Going up the stairs, you will find the remaining rooms, all equipped with A/C and wardrobe. The master bedroom, with access to a furnished balcony, has a double bed, as well as a dressing room and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The two remaining bedrooms have two single beds. Finally, this floor has another bathroom with a bathtub.
Located in the coastal area of the charming town of Alcudia, we can find the extensive Alcudia Beach 900 meters away, characterized by its fine, golden sand, as well as its crystal clear waters. This beach joins the towns of Alcudia and Can Picafort, which both have a beautiful promenade where you can enjoy a walk next to the beach. In addition, both ports are ideal for enjoying local cuisine thanks to the wide variety of restaurants in the ports. The picturesque town of Alcudia, known for its medieval old town, narrow cobbled streets and historic walls, offers an authentic atmosphere with traditional shops and markets making it an ideal holiday destination.
