At meal time, they have a fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils and a dining space. The kitchen has an exit to a second porch furnished with a barbecue. A bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub completes the ground floor. On the second floor you will find the rest of the bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the last bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and shower. All bedrooms have A/C. A final bathroom with a bathtub serves this floor. They will have a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and if traveling with a baby they will be offered a crib and high chair.
The location of this property is ideal. The beautiful Platja de Can Cap de Bou is just 5 km away, ideal for spending sunny days by the sea. They have the extensive promenade of Puerto de Pollença, where you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can taste the rich Spanish cuisine. If you prefer, you can choose to visit the picturesque town of Pollença where you can visit the Calvari Oratory (to access it you must climb a total of 365 steps, one for each day of the year) and walk through the fantastic cobblestone streets.
