The interior of the villa is distributed over two floors, with a design that combines comfort and functionality. On the ground floor, there are two different rooms. The first is a lounge to relax, equipped with very comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as satellite television, creating an ideal environment to relax after a day exploring the island or enjoying the pool. The second living room is destined for the dining room, with a large table that accommodates all guests, offering a cozy space to enjoy group meals. The kitchen, modern and equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils, is located near the dining room, making meal service easier. Also on this floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a second bathroom with a shower that has direct access to the outside, ideal for those who enjoy the pool. On the first floor, there are the other four bedrooms. Two of them are equipped with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, offering a private and comfortable retreat for guests. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, perfect for the youngest ones or friends. An additional bathroom with a bathtub completes this floor, ensuring that everyone has their own space and privacy. The villa also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board for added convenience, and if you are traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided.
The walk to the beach area is perfect to enjoy the views of the horizon and the mountains and is lined with pine trees, where you will find charming cafes, restaurants and local shops, so you can enjoy Mallorcan cuisine and buy unique souvenirs. For nature lovers, Port de Pollença offers access to spectacular hiking routes, such as the path to the Formentor viewpoint, which offers panoramic views of the Mediterranean. It is also possible to visit the nearby Albufera Natural Park, a paradise for bird watchers. It is a perfect destination for your vacation.
