The generously sized kitchen has a ceramic hob and is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals, and also has a decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, two cozy bedrooms await; one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and access to the garden, and another with two single beds, air conditioning and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes this floor, offering comfort and functionality. A few kilometers from Palma and its beaches of Can Pere Antoni, Es Carnatge and Can Pastilla. It is a perfect place to relax on your vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of busier areas.
