The terrace is furnished and is the ideal place to enjoy the good weather and to enjoy fresh breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without elevator and has 80 m2. The living room is a bright and airy space, the ideal place to rest after a day at the beach. The dining table seats 6 people. The kitchen is independent and has the basic equipment to cook during your vacation: ceramic hob, electric oven and dishwasher, among others. In addition, in the accommodation you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The apartment offers three bedrooms to rest. Two of them have a double bed each, and the last one has a single bed. The three bedrooms also have a closet. If you are traveling with a baby, we can prepare a cot and high chair for you upon request. A bathroom with shower and bidet completes the accommodation.
Oliva is located in a privileged place in the Mediterranean. Its beaches are characterized by their fine, golden sand and shallow waters. In the town you will find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets. You can also visit the historic center of Oliva, the Marjal Natural Park or the Font Salada spring. If you are a golf lover, the closest course is just 7 km away. Note: This rental cannot accept clients under 27 years of age, except in cases where it is a family stay. We need copies of each person's ID to be able to accept the reservation. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby gas station. You will receive gas station coordinates and mailbox details three days before your arrival. Pets are welcome. The celebration of events is not allowed.
