Villa Alegria is a wonderful 5-bedroom holiday home located in a quiet area of Olhos de Água, Albufeira. This villa has all your family will need with plenty of space outdoors, a large private swimming pool and jacuzzi. With stunning views of the surrounding countryside and just a 15-minute walk from some of the best golden sandy beaches, local bars and restaurants, Villa Alegria is the perfect home for your family holiday. This contemporary villa offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Suitable for guests with limited mobility, it provides a wheelchair ramp and a wheelchair accessible bathroom. The villa also has several entrances and a separate wing in the house for those who wish to enjoy the local night life while returning home secure in the knowledge they will not disturb those who are already asleep. There are a total of 5 bedrooms; 3 double bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 twin bedrooms, as well as 2 additional bathrooms. The large family kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and utensils, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, oven, dishwasher and a washing machine. The kitchen has direct access to the BBQ and outdoor eating area for you to enjoy summer meals outside. The living / dining room is spacious with comfortable seats, TV, and leads out onto the wonderful terrace overlooking the swimming pool and surrounding countryside. The lower floor provides endless entertainment with a complete games room with darts, a pool table, table football and ping-pong. Villa Alegria offers a private swimming pool and a jacuzzi (pool heating and the use of the jacuzzi are optional extras), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a games room, a beautiful and well maintained garden and an impressive traditional Algarvean brick BBQ, ideal for al fresco meals and to entertain friends and family in a perfect holiday setting. The property is completely walled, has a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance area of the villa and an automatic gate to facilitate the access to several vehicles. The pool terrace and garden are located at the back of the property. Villa Alegria is in a quiet area of Olhos d'Água within walking distance of a well-stocked supermarket and a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars. The Olhos d'Água beaches are just a 12-minute walk away. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town, the Pescadores beach and the Strip Albufeira, as well as quality restaurants, bars and shops, is located within a 10-minute driving distance. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however, this may be flexible in low season). **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season). Breakage Deposit Groups: €400 per person (payable by credit card only). Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 10 people. The 11th and 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed e.g. Folding-Bed/Divan bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
