Villa Saint John is an extraordinary property with stunning views over one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. Situated in an idyllic location just a few minutes’ drive from beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants, this villa is sure to provide the relaxing setting you seek for your holiday in the Algarve. The property is also a short drive from one of the jewels of Albufeira: a natural ecological reserve with wild fauna, flora, and one of the main spots for bird watching in their natural habitat. The property has 4 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 3 twin bedrooms, as well as 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, in addition to being fully equipped with all the utensils and modern appliances you may need to make you feel at home, also has a dining area with a magnificent panoramic view. The living room is fully furnished and leads you directly to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy your meals al-fresco while taking in the spectacular views with family and friends. On a lower level is the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), where you can relax in the sun. A ping-pong table is also available for additional entertainment on long summer days. Renovations have recently been completed on the outdoor area to include a typical Algarvian barbecue and table to enhance your outdoor meal experiences, beside the glass balustraded swimming pool area. A quality supermarket, pubs and restaurants, including one with 2 Michelin stars, as well as the Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkways (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance (5min by car). Other beautiful beaches like Gale, Lourenço or São Rafael, just to name a few, are located within a short drive. The town of Albufeira, with its colourful marina, charming old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, all with quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10min drive. Car hire is recommended, if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Parking for 1 vehicle is also available on the driveway within the property gates. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Changeover day is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people The 9th to 11th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed (e.g. sofa bed) for only €91 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
