Villa Paradise Villa Paradise is a spacious holiday home, located in a quiet area near Carvoeiro, with a private heatable pool and with na enormous garden ,perfect for those looking for privacy. In this Paradise you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. On the ground floor , you will find 3 of the 4 bedrooms, all furnished with two single beds , convertible into a double bed, in each room, and equipped with air conditioning, so you can rest comfortably. The bright and comfortable living room, open plan with the dining room, located on the same floor, will allow you to enjoy memorable moments with your family and friends. This floor also houses two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower cubicle. On the upper floor, in addition to a bedroom with two single beds, convertible into a double bed, en-suite, equipped with air conditioning, you will find a second living room, equipped with sofas and with access to a balcony, and a W.C. The exterior has a huge and well-kept garden, perfect for relaxing. In the outdoor area, you will find the stunning and inviting private heated pool (optional extra), sun loungers perfect for relaxing in the sun and a dining table to enjoy your delecious meals and a barbecue. The property also has parking space for several cars. The property is located just a few minutes from the charming village of Carvoeiro with its lively center where you can find a variety of shops, excellent restaurants, bars and the beautiful beach of Carvoeiro. A short drive away you will also find the excellent golf courses “Pestana Gramacho Golfe” and “Pestana Vale da Pinta Golfe” and the “Slide and Splash” aquapark , for moments of fun for all. If you wish to rent a car we can help you upon request. If you want to rent a car or bring your own, there are parking spaces outside. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. ** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €250 per person. • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. • From the 9th to the 12th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
