Villa Sunrise is a fantastic holiday home located in a quiet residential area, just less than a mile from the centre of Carvoeiro and the beach. With a private swimming pool and a spacious garden, villa Sunrise is sure to be an excellent choice for a relaxing family holiday. The property sleeps 6+2 people and has 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and 2 twin bedrooms (one has a spacious terrace with gorgeous views), as well as 2 additional full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped for home cooking with a hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, dishes & utensils, toaster and refrigerator. A laundry room by the kitchen houses the washing machine. The inviting living / dining room has plenty of space to relax and enjoy a meal or lounge with family and includes a TV, free Wi-Fi and large doors that open out to the pool area. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning. Outside, the property is surrounded by a fence and hedge affording good privacy. A spacious terrace with a large private swimming pool and sun loungers allow you to fully enjoy the Algarve sun, with an outdoor BBQ and dining area nearby where you can entertain family and friends with meals overlooking the swimming pool. Villa Sunrise is approximately a 15-minute walk into the town of Carvoeiro, where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as the beautiful Carvoeiro beach. Car Hire is recommended. If you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 0:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 6 people. The 7th to 8th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week) The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.*** According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night. From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night. This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
