Villa Serena Villa Serena is an impressive 4-bedroom villa, within an idyllic setting of well-kept gardens and a private pool, situated in a quiet area, a short drive from both the quaint village of Guia and stunning beaches, this oasis in the Algarve is the perfect vacation spot for you to spend your holiday with either family or friends. On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, both with en-suite bathroom, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. As well as a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances perfect for preparing your favorite meals. The living and dining area is a spacious and cozy space with a dining table, a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a mini bar, and a TV for moments of leisure and relaxation. On the first floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and 1 bedroom with two single beds with en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a charming terrace to relax and enjoy the view. The property offers free Wi-Fi and Air conditioning. The exterior of the villa offers a dining table for outdoor meals, sun loungers to relax in the sun, a gas BBQ ideal for family barbecues, a private pool that can be heated for an additional fee, and beautiful, well-kept gardens to enjoy nature. Located in the Guia area, just a 5-minute drive from Algarve Shopping, home to a variety of restaurants, shops and a large supermarket. The city of Albufeira is a 10-minute drive away. Here you will discover the colourful marina, charming historic centre, Pescadores beach, the Strip, and a variety of quality restaurants, pubs, shops and nightlife. This villa is the ideal destination for those seeking a comfortable holiday experience in Algarve. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €250 per person (payable by credit card only) • The changeover day for this property is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th to 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €105 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
